Mechanized Dewatering. Walls and surroundings will clean off dirt, mud, debris, scale etc. Scrub the walls. The laborer in the tank cleans internal walls using detergent and clean water using special designed brushes. Internal surface will wash with plain water to remove all traces of detergent.
Sludge Removal (a sludge pump is used to dispose off the dirty water and sludge)
High Pressure Cleaning (Walls & Ceilings of the tanks are cleaned using special high pressure jet)
Vacuum Cleaning (a vacuum pump is used to remove sludge after cleaning the tank floor with a high pressure jet.
Using anti-bacterial Potassium Permanganate. Removing material like sludge, mud etc. will be disposed of at the specified location with the coordination of Safety team. Again vacuum the water, the tank is ready to use.
